Celebrated Ivy's birthday at Zouk last friday 7th Nov 2008. The same group of friends. I was the organiser this time round, but I was being scolded by buddy lorrr. =(
I seriously didnt know that we could make reservations at the Wine Bar lor. I havent been to Zouk for like ages can. Hrmpf. And how would I know that we cant bring in cake into zouk or phuture as well? =( But thankfully, there's still a Grand Copthorne Hotel beside la. Hee. So the whole bunch of us, went into the lobby restaurant, sat at one big table, and we only ordered one set of fish and chips. Keke. Our main aim was to cut the cake ma. At least, more proper and a place of nicer ambience for the bday girl. =)

So after the cake cutting session, we headed back Zouk dancefloor. Or rather, the bar counter. And of cos, the bday girl cant escape from the standard Flaming Lamborghini drink from Ryan and graveyard drink from Bird.
And she also treated us back wif two jugs of erm, was it apricot whisky housepour wif pineapple or something. Oppss. Forgot the actual name of it. Thumbs up for the housepour though, its really sweet to drink!
We didnt hit the dancefloor, probably cos of the music they were playing ba. I think we were still more inclined for retro? I dont know. But no one suggested heading towards the dancefloor leh. Hmmm. We still had our fun, lounging around the bar counter, playing 5-10.. Bird was so super on form that night. Haa.
We headed towards the Wine Bar subsequently for further drinks. Another new drink introduced by the bday gal. Bubblegum. Ya, I think I remembered this drink correctly. Hee. So who's the one who has been drinking alot lorr. Seriously, I havent heard of all these new drinks. You are the one who's been partying alot babe!

him for his endurance and 包容 for me. To be able to just accompany me throughout, even though he doesnt know my frens well. To abstain from drinking so that he's able to drive me home safely at the end of the day. To look after me to make sure I dont go over my limits in drinking, and yet giving me the sufficient and required freewill that I want to drink. =)
But I also know my limits this time round. I dont wanna suffer from another hangover the next day, so I actually did control my drinking.
