Just purely for the sake of gossiping...

The lovebirds "talk of the town" Fann Wong and Chris Lee finally tied their official notes in front of their 1,000-strong guest at Shangri-la Hotel on Tuesday night.

The guy had to pass through four hurdles set up by Fann's bridal party of eight "sisters". He ate four large packets of curry rice, downed a bowl of alcohol-laced porridge, listed out the TV series and movies on which he had worked alongside with Fann and then had to use his mouth to extract a 50-cent coin hidden in a big carrot.

The groom, smartly attired in a white jacket, gave a generous $5988 red packet before he was finally allowed to set eyes on his bride, clad in designer Vera Wang - that was said to have looked best on her.

Her evening pale cream Bally wedding gown (rumoured to be $300, 000) encrusted with over 1000 gems and crystals complete with a head shawl, Fann looked like a Bollywood princess. While her Bollywood appearance was downed with much criticisms and negative comments, Lee beamed away in a matching Bally-designed Nehru-inspired suit.

I guess the two of them really came a long way, especially during the period when Chris was going through a hard time with the law.

Well, whether it was a reallytruelovestory or just another actacrossthescene between them, its said to be "Love Finally" for them. =)
