It was really an eye opener for me. Learnt about reading up and analyzing on horses' details and statistics, their odds of winning, etc etc.
I never knew maintaining a horse can cost that much! And guess what? They stay in air-conditioned stables ok! They get the best doctors and when they fall sick, one injection alone can thrash ours humans flat.
Before the race started...
Look at them racing! Got me so excited that I wanted Don'tTellTheWife to win! Too bad it came in 4th :(
But I really pitied the horses. The way the jockeys made them sprint and race towards the finishing line. The way you see their hind muscles all bloated and stretched just to win for their owners... Poor horses.
Then I got a close up view of his horse! So cute, still know how to stick out its tongue! Hahaa.
Look at how strong they are~
Come 2011. Hope my career and sales result will be as galloping as the horse! =)
